One of iconic DJs, producers and leading German musician, Paul Kalkbrenner, known for playing stadium tournaments previously reserved only for the world’s biggest bands like U2 or Rolling Stones, is coming to Sea Dance festival’s Addiko Main Stage powered by Tourist Organization of Budva!
One of his shows went to history when, at the Brandenburg Gate, a half-million people appeared on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, marking a record that will remain unattainable for the biggest bands of today.
The name of Paul Kalkbrenner is an inescapable part of techno scene and Berlin – at the same time he manages to be an underground star, as well as a mainstream performer headlining festival giants such as Tomorrowland and Lollapalooza Berlin. His influence is clear from the fact that he was the first person who, upon signing the contract with Sony Music International, was allowed full access to their sample archive.
Kalkbrenner continues to dominate the techno scene in 2018, when everybody is waiting for his eighth album, Parts of Life.
