It is possible to withdraw the unused funds at any moment at any of the festival cashpoints, including the EUR 1.25 deposit.
*Notice: Users who got a 7,5% discount while paying for drinks at the festival are not entitled to a deposit refund.
All the top-up locations at the festival can refund up to an amount of EUR 50.
It is necessary that the refund is done at the festival until the end of the program or until Monday, August 30 at 6 pm, since additional refunds will not be available afterwards!
