The founder of the Sea Dance festival, Dušan Kovačević, used his Instagram profile to invite the Prime Minister of Finland, Sanna Marin, to come to this year’s edition of the festival, and representing the entire organisation, expressed his support regarding the media frenzy that arose in recent weeks.

In his invitation to the Finnish Prime Minister, Kovačević stated that he would like her to visit not only Sea Dance but also the EXIT Festival next July, emphasising that her energy and positive attitude are welcome at all of EXIT’s festivals.

And, of course, that a weekend at Sea Dance is definitely warmer than a weekend in Helsinki.

In recent days, the public has been divided in its approval and condemnation of a leaked video in which the Finnish Prime Minister can be seen having fun and dancing with a group of friends and celebrities. When it comes to public figures, the boundaries between private and public life can become blurred, but they certainly also have the right to fun and good times, which are a certainty at the Sea Dance Festival! This is also an excellent opportunity for Sanna Marin to see the truth of the stories about Balkan hospitality and the positive energy many return to.
