Surrounded by the blue sea and the panorama of the impressive Bay of Kotor, Tapasake at the One&Only Portonovi resort announces the opening of its renowned pool club with an exciting programme of events to begin the summer. The club’s opening will be marked by a collaboration with the largest Montenegrin festival, Sea Dance, which will organise the first promotional VIP party in Tapasake at the One&Only Portonovi resort, featuring the world-famous Turkish DJ Mahmut Orhan.
Combining the sophisticated style of the Adriatic Riviera and the top service that One & Only is known for, with its fusion elements of Japanese cuisine and superstar DJ performances, Tapasake is a unique destination on the Montenegrin coast and the ultimate place to spend time on the Adriatic. The club’s stylish surroundings offer One & Only cabanas, a picturesque swing above the water and an aqua bar for guests who want to enjoy authentic cocktails while cooling off in the 40-meter pool. In the warm Mediterranean sun, with the freshness of the sea, the atmosphere in Tapasake slowly changes from day to night with magical sunsets, DJ sets and global superstars from the world of entertainment, music, and art.
This year’s special programme will open with a promotional VIP Sea Dance party featuring Mahmut Orhan, a world-famous Turkish DJ who became famous in 2016 with the hit “Feel”, amassing more than 260 million streams on YouTube and Spotify and reaching #1 on the iTunes charts in 11 countries. This year’s edition of the Sea Dance Festival will take place on Buljarica Beach near Budva from 26th to 28th August. It will feature, for the first time in Montenegro: the most sought-after musical act in the Balkans, Ana Đurić Konstrakta, Eurovision winners KALUSH Orchestra, and one of the biggest bands regional bands in the last decade, Dubioza Kolektiv. A limited contingent of the first, most affordable tickets for the eighth edition of the Sea Dance Festival is on sale until Friday, June 17th, and tickets can be purchased through here, as well as sales networks in Montenegro and online.
Mahmut Orhan’s performance on June 18th begins a cycle of parties called S7VEN SINS, which promises top entertainment every Saturday during the summer of 2022. Guests can expect performances by some of the world’s biggest stars, such as Burak Yeter, author of the hit “Tuesday” and the single “My Life Is Going On” from Netflix’s La Casa de Papel (July 16th), Hugel with his latest hit “Morenita” (August 13th), and the most influential DJ on today’s dance scene, veteran Mark Knight (September 10th). They will be supported by regional stars, including Sara Jo (July 1st), Zoe Kida (July 2nd), Angellina (July 30th) and Nika Turković (August 27th).
The party does not stop during the week either, as the guests of the Pool Club will be entertained by resident DJ Nader Razdar, who arrives from Dubai’s lively night scene with relaxed melodies during hot summer days and lively music sessions for glamorous golden hours and a sunset ritual to remember.
At night, Tapasake moves into the club’s restaurant interpretation, where guests are greeted by onyx and dark wood interiors with oriental screens with geometric design patterns. As the mood and ambience change into a more sophisticated, glamorous, but equally lively atmosphere in the evening, so does the menu, combining the European experience of small snacks with Japanese sophistication. The concept of the Tapasake menu was created by renowned chef Herve Courtot known for overseeing the opening of the Nobu restaurant in Atlantis.
Those who want to spend sunny days (and nights) with friends will be able to rent private spaces for groups of up to six guests, with specially designed cabanas strategically placed for all-day refreshment. Overlooking the great pool and the Adriatic Sea, each cabana has a sound system, deck chairs and TV, and amenities such as Louis Roderer champagne, a selection of soft drinks, and snacks from the Tapasake menu. The Tapasake Club can also be reserved exclusively for private parties and events, with a dedicated team that plans and implements each element for special occasions.
